@locus he has no-one he could share his daily struggles with, since everyone is either under him or a potential enemy. he has trouble forming interpersonal relationships with other men and he has even more issues having relationships with women that are not very one-sided. he's smart enough to understand all this, but he has no set of tools to fix it.
