Update:

Well, I was able to get a bit of a retrieve from my landlady; she gave me an extension on paying my biweekly rent of $300 when I get my replacement debit card and can access my funds. But, it's a limited extension because she's relying for my payment to help clear her own bills.

I could still use that $300 ASAP to pay her out before then and avoid any issues.

If you can or want to, please help me finish this; it would be appreciated.
