@PNS it’s the lowest level of force I can think of to remove them from the road and end the unsafe conditions that they are putting me, themselves, and everyone else on the road in.

Dragging them around, tackling them, punching them is all too heavy handed and too much work. An OC fogger would clear that road up real quick.
