    702年、赤穂浪士47人が江戸・本所松坂町の吉良邸に討ち入りし、主君の仇討ちを成し遂げた
    この日を偲んで東京都の泉岳寺や兵庫県の大石神社・花岳寺などで義士供養の「義士祭」が行われる
