First time I had it, I thought it sounded gross--mayo, parmesan cheese, chili, and butter, on CORN?!? But my friends talked me into trying it with the works, and I was hooked from the first bite. Elotes? Don't mind if I do! By God, they're messy though. A napkin won't do the job, you need soap and water on your face after that. Have BBQ ribs and elotes and you're gonna need a shower after you eat.
