Sie verabschiedete einen Antrag der SPD-Landesverbände Niedersachsen und Nordrhein-Westfalen, der sich gegen den bislang gültigen dritten Gutachterentwurf eines Zielfahrplans für den Deutschland-Takt ausspricht, auf dessen Grundlage auch die Planung mehrerer SFS wie z.       Die SPD hadert mit den milliardenschweren Plänen für den Deutschlandtakt der Bahn.  Das betrifft auch die ICE-Strecke Bielefeld - Hannover. Auf dem Bundesparteitag hat sich die SPD eindeutig positioniert.
