Schopenhauer said many wise things like "Men are by nature indifferent to one another but women are by nature enemies" and "the woman is animal with a long hair and short-sighted." This is true both spacially due to an evolutionary history restricted in both range and risks, but most importantly, like us the ADHD tribe, temporally. We lack the ability to see far in time because our frontal lobe is broken, women lack it because the immediate need for local provision of resources to themselves as their children, and their high probability of survival in case of tribal or personal conflict, both preclude the need to see far, and evolution won't waste braincycles in seeing what it doesn't need to.

Women are worse than men at about 98% of tasks, including raising children transmitting values, educating, and most historically feminine tasks. The reason why women have done these tasks through history is that they had relative comparative advantage unlike in diplomacy, statehood, science, philosophy, art, military strategy, crop planning, or any task requiring physical strength, endurance, or aiming precision, where men vastly exceed women's capabilities, and not just mildly exceed them.

Inserting women into the economy and later the web discourse and realms of power such as government, boards, academia etc... has caused a shift on the priority, hierarchy, and organization of these institutions to accommodate for personality differences between the sexes. Women are more attentive to how they feel, are more fragile, are more prone to emotional variation (not only due to cycle but generally), are far more concerned with harmony, and significantly less autistically curious with finding the truth for the sake of finding the truth, they are also less likely to be autistic, and ADHD, to have extreme personalities, and to have extreme intelligence.

The need for harmony and appeasement of feelings, combined with the low variance of female mammals, prescribes "cutting off the tallest tree" for that minimes the risk to the herd. Normal people are less likely to be fired if special people are prevented from thriving.

Female violence is verbal, consisting mostly of backstabbing, gossip, crying wolf, asking for help, manipulating through sexuality, dissimulation, gang ostracism, reputation poisoning, indirect harm, and if attractive offering the probabilistic chance of sexual access in exchange for power, and withdrawing it when the next step in the ladder requires it. This obviously is useless in farms and low density areas, but is beyond phenomenal in corporate boards and HR departments, and is truly godlike on the internet and social media.
