Chris CMy favorite sweet snack made by the Amish is their whoopie pie. What is it you ask? Amish whoopie pies are two soft, cake-like cookies with a light frosting sandwiched in between them. The classic is chocolate cookies with vanilla frosting, but now you can find all kinds. Like I just ate one with Oatmeal cookies and peanut butter frosting.
