I'd say it's the opposite, it's very easy to get mind collapse because your feed is filled with bullshit that makes you sad and angry.

I personally block nearly no one (on fedi at least), because no one here annoy me enough. But i won't condemn other people for using blocks and won't say they're weak or stupid because of it 🤷♀️
