Kemi Badenoch's order to amend the "approved countries and territories" list for the Gender Recognition Act includes this bit:
If the country or territory includes options for recognition of non-binary genders, but otherwise meets the criteria it may be retained or added to the list, but noting nonbinary people could only apply for a binary identity on their UK GRC.
It would not be necessary to specify this if the GRA really did only allow binary gender.
This is, at minimum, an admission that they think I have a real chance of winning.
They will try to make it a Pyrrhic Victory for me, but once I have my foot in the door I will open it the rest of the way.
