A professional electrician was disparaging of the brand of thermostat (but I feel they were just ignorant) and thus reluctant to get involved. But another came and helped me and we got it installed. Okay, he got it installed and I just watched. It's been a night, but I'm really happy with it. I no longer live in the frozen tundra! Happy days!
