@danielsiepmann To an extent, it's already happening. For years, the Forza Motorsport games have only had a brief shelf life on digital storefronts because of music and car licensing expiring.

This is more of a preservation issue, but I don't think we're too far from having a person's purchased digital game see its music or certain cars unceremoniously yanked from a working digital copy.

It MIGHT already by happening, but I haven't researched it.
