@Teri_Kanefield This is a shame. I've got my server one year in and it runs like clockwork. I've also got server level backups so I can roll back to any day in the past.

I use Blogvault for Wordpress backups ... one click restore.

You shouldn't have to abandon your Mastodon server as part of this; it's your identity, and not worth the effort to try to move people again. Just get a good robust server level backup in place for it.

Have your tech support give me a call like he did before if you want to explore.

Also, there might be multiple ways to recover.
