Which between these #MLP movies y'all prefer/like more?

In my BRUTALLY HONEST opinion...

My Little Pony: The Movie (2017): Appreciate its visuals & soundtrack. Loved the big promotional run its had leading up to the debut too. Its story, while good for the most part on its own, had a weird stop gap being slotted during the tail end of Friendship Is Magic's 7th season.

A New Generation: Like it (thus prefer this) more for its fantastic visuals and solid enough story setting up MLP Generation 5. The references and callbacks to Generation 4 though makes the story somewhat iffy. Its soundtrack sadly is mostly forgettable save for, like 2-3 songs. Most importantly of all, the pandemic & Netflix's handling of promotion soured the buildup.
