I assume that I have ADHD for a bunch of reasons. I try to look after myself as though I have it, but I'm not always aware of everything it might cause. So, thanks! 😊

Where I live, there's a waiting list of around 18 months to see a specialist for an ADHD diagnosis, and it's expensive because it's not covered by our universal health care. (It absolutely bloody should be.)

Luckily I get the ADHD meds anyway because my dysautonomia specialist prescribes them for my low blood pressure.
