Personally, I don't. Sometimes I find interesting threads because of it, but 99% of the time I scroll over dozens of random short replies that I don't care about. Something similar happened when I looked at other fedi instances time ago, you'd go to the local timeline and it'd be just one guy's replies all over the TL.
