Josh@chrishering33 @Wrestling I would recommend ChocoPro/GatohMove. There are almost always 1-3 shows a week(usually 2-3 matches each), but it is technically Emi Sakura's development organization. So 'good' would depend on your definition. There's always some very talented wrestlers, but there are also some very green wrestlers. It also often has a decent amount of English.
Otherwise, yeah, as @DJxSpeedy said Stardom offers a weekly 30 minute show
