Due to the interest rate hikes (likely) it does seem like things have slowed down a bit. House we’re buying in Bray was on for several months, went sale agreed, buyer pulled out, and now we’re about to close (it’s nothing to write home about but the location is good and it’s not crumbling and has a decent energy rating so that’s actually pretty good by Irish standards. And I won’t mention the purple kitchen cabinets… 👀)
