Your best bet, if you can, is to buy. There is no rental market to speak of (unless you want to go with one of the really high-priced corporate landlords in Dublin. To be fair, they’re also the only ones you’d be guaranteed any length of occupancy with as long as you keep paying them. With private landlords, if you can find one, you could be out on your tush at any time).
