They shuttered all their buildings far longer than any other company, they tried to implement a mandate for all employees and contractors coming into their buildings, and had mask requirements for longer than anyone else, except maybe Google.
They pay less than industry standard but made up for it by having things like full kitchens and bars (you could drink at your desk as long as you didn't get too drunk to work), gyms, clinics, places to sleep, etc, etc. So, the covid lockdowns saved them money because they closed down all their amenities.
