In 3 years, the place aggravated the neighbours in some way that made them complain about the place. Also they didn't have a business license nor a liquor license.

The news went to interview the owners about their problems. Richard explain that the reason the neighbours don't like their restaurant is because the owners are minorities and neighbours are racist because it's a White neighbourhood. After the report airs, clientele plummets.
