The sign is green painted wood, with  a large white arrow pointing left with the word "Summit" underneath it. Under that a large white arrow pointing right, and I have changed the entry there to read "Summit else". Because it sounds a bit like "summat" and that was enough for me to find this hilarious. I am easily entertained.
