over the last 20 years, every 3 or 4 years, I attempt to use rules in outlook to control the flow of email
probably just me, but I can't get even the *simplest rule (fwd email from senderx to folder y) to work reliably which is a pretty awesome testimony to the teams that B Gates hired <sarcasm/>
