@monsterislandcolonizer @nugger @Paultron @Griffith @Ariovistus @IAMAL_PHARIUS Last year i drove through the backroads of eastern NC, part of what they call the Inner Banks, and passed by multiple towns that were in total decay, no open businesses, more houses abandoned than occupied, and almost no people other than a couple dozen negroes (not young ones in packs, all of them middle aged or older just wandering around by themselves) in the ruins of towns that looked like they were originally built for a couple thousand people. Extremely ripe for settling and recivilizing, it’s just a matter of will, and of course avoiding the eye of Sauron as it were.
