@tante There is of course no one caring. Internet surveillance is not watching you, most of the time, it is gathering, collecting, collating, curating, and storing "you," along with the other yous. If you attract attention, of a person, agency, corporation, and other entity, or the algorithm kicks you out of the swarm, and tags you for attention, then someone or something starts watching. This could be an individual troll, a company, or law enforcement, etc. Then you will be found in the data.
