She's a priestess of Kjeragander in the very Swiss inspired country of Kjerag, and the event centered around Kjerag focuses on the conflict between the traditionally isolated Kjerag culture coming into conflict with SilverAsh and his Karlan Trading's attempts to forcibly modernize and open up the country to increase his power.
