    Yes, and even though I know quite a bit about that, I have a feeling that it is one of the key instruments that lets the rich get richer all the time. You need excellent tax consultants/lawyers to use all the loopholes and develop successful tax(-evasion) strategies.
    Tax laws are some of the most complicated there are.
