If you really want to stop the spying, we'll need to make everyone self host everything again instead of relying on JewTube, LBRY/Opussy, Gab, Fakebook, Shitter, Minds, Discucked, Telegram, LINE, メルカリ, Jewhoo, Jewmazon, and other 1984 spyware.
Most important 1st step is to throw away your smartphone and just use a real computer instead.
Refuse to use anything that requires a smartphone and/or phone number completely.
Because the smartphone is the thing that makes this surveillance soyciety possible.

You can't change soyciety until you change first.
And just saying how bad everything is without doing anything yourself will only make everything worse.
