Double Dragon Advance on Steam is basically just an emulator for the roms but it seems like a fairly good one, as it comes with a complete guide of every single one of that game's ridiculous quantity of moves, save states, and the Japanese rom version which if memory serves was better for some reason, as well as a few scanline options. That having been said if you use Retroarch... or even any previous GBA emu with even a minimal amount of competence, you already have this functionality and are merely donating to Arcsys for the privilege
