@Misato @yasu I usually just buy Bitcoin using an overseas bank account, swap them to Litecoin while still on the exchange just to save up on transaction fees (BTC to XMR is 5 USD while LTC to XMR is 1 or 2 USD or some shit).
Then on ChangeNOW I start an LTC to XMR swap, which I just make it send to my XMR wallet directly, send LTC from the exchange, and receive XMR in my Monero wallet.

I can recommend this more than using TradeOgre as you'll save up on transaction fees (sending from exchange to surveillance wallet to TradeOgre to Monero wallet, vs exchange to ChangeNOW to Monero wallet), plus lots of exchanges are niggerlisting TradeOgre wallet addresses, so you'll need a wallet in the middle and it's more traceable than going through whatever I recommend.
