BigSkyRiderseems fake to me. Of all the bodies, I count only one wound I can clearly identify. There's a number of victims in positions that seem odd to die in, it looks more like everyone is laying down. the one wound I can clearly see, they also include subtitles "She's dead" just in case you weren't paying attention.
