you ever think about how title to property, particularly "real property" aka land, are really just official permission slips to call the cops on people if they do something you don't like on/around the survey boundaries on the plat?

like, "i own this land" just means "i can call on a violent bureaucracy whenever i want to enforce my sole occupancy on this land"
