If your event isn't taking any accessibility precautions like required masking, or if it doesn't have an accessible bathroom, or requires stairs to enter the venue, etc -- it's OK and good and helpful to put that on the event invite.

It will help people know that you tell the truth and you value not wasting their time.

And if it feels embarrassing to put it on the event invite, then maybe that's a sign you should do something about that.
