Accident or not, there’s no excuse for that distinct kicking motion when your skate is in the air. Especially at this level of play. Responsibility for where you put those blades and your stick are both drilled into you from the most fundamental levels of the game. Even without intent, this level of negligence is in most civilized nations a crime. In the states, it’d be manslaughter.

With this guy’s penalty level, something he did was bound to be a crime. In the old days, they used enforcers to keep goons like this in check. These days I suspect they’d be accused of racism despite the clear record of being a problem.
