I also had the eponymous biscuits with milk and honey drizzle, and shrimp and grits. All transcendant. Divine.
Staff was super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. They were also very apologetic for the wait and mistakes. The line was out the door, and the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed.
I say that customers like me are the problem, because I select for food taste, service worker happiness, and don't select for service. You can have a profitable Atlanta restaurant with "bad" service.
