One of the most important sentences I've ever read appeared on a community discussion page in the Arabic Wikipedia. Someone there realized that a Hebrew Wikipedia user (not me, IIRC) is trying to help them fix a bug in the display of right to left text and wrote this:
"What do you know, they have the same problems as we do."
I can't solve the conflicts in the Middle East, but I think I can get some major bugs that affect Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, and a bunch of other languages fixed.
