マンションだから関係ないけど、戸建ての人はそれぞれの家の前に置くだけでいいのです。
なぜ全国的に同じ制度取り入れられないんだろう。朝だして昼回収は腐敗臭や動物の被害、ゴミステーション問題とか諸々デメリット多すぎ。
