- Embed this notice@teratology @animeirl political movements emerge without explicit "theory" behind them all the time, and are shaped by emergent properties rather than contrived top-down planning. Even in cases where ideas are more formalized, such as in the case of the Nazi Nuremberg laws, I'm still pretty low to refer to that as "theory." That word has certain connotations, mostly that some galaxy brain shit, and that the "theory" objectively describes the world as opposed to being some guy's long form blog post.
