@Fishbed it was meant to give congress the ability to regulate interstate and international commerce, but it's used to regulate everything. You were not allowed to grow wheat to feed for your own animals, because you would buy less on the market, thus affecting "interstate commerce". It's a tyrannic law that enables the federal government to do anything it wants.
