@icedquinn @Moon as time has gone on I have come back around to appreciating the truth in platitudes, with the understanding that those who need the truth therein have no use for the platitude
E.G. no one who understands what's inside a phrase like "just be yourself" needs to hear it. And anyone who does need to hear it, can't.
I haven't found anything productive to do with the latter situation.
