I feel like my blood sugar is out of control again, and I need to make a change. I think I’m going to start intermittent fasting and going cold turkey on sugar again. Also I need to start playing Beat Saber and/or DDR regularly again. I just played Beat Saber for an hour and feel a lot better than I did an hour ago, for example.
I should also use my little exercise bike thing when I watch TV, or get one of those portable treadmills which I think suits me better anyway.
