@hazlin I installed both of them from Pacman on Antix, Apt on Devuan, pkg_add on OpenBSD, and apk on postmarketOS, is that's what you're asking.
I don't see any problem with that, other than the fact that I2Pd needs to be constantly updated to the latest version for it to even function (rendering most of the distro provided packages useless) while the devs just suck at actually announcing their new releases.
