- Embed this notice@lpheathen2 @Xenophon @1nter4ri @Dicer @Fever @UnityOstara my family always just bakes. when i make it, I will thaw the bird the day before and make incisions and insert butter plugs, then I usually try to stuff butter under the skin and bake low and slow until the last hour, removing the cover and braising it so the skin is crispy while the rest is moist and tender. anybody elses turkey ive had is always dry as fuck so either i or my sister makes it for our thanksgiving
