- Embed this notice@Ladyfat So I just got done reading the article and I'm glad I don't have to figure out the solution, because it doesn't look easy. As a survivor of multiple dog attacks throughout my lifetime, 1 including by a pitt bull, I'm also biased.
I believe those dogs *can be loyal......to one owner. And that they remain a threat to anyone who's not that person, but also they've attacked their owners before too, so it's never a full garantee. They are 100% a liability animal.
They also do a lot of damage...they are not chihuahuas. These things can literally rip your face off and kill you...it's like sorry lady if you feel a muzzle could make your dog look more stigmatized, but it could save someone from becoming Jaqueline Durand.
As far as the males who do things like dog fighting...we just had an official at the Pentagon here in the US grt busted for running an illegal dog fighting ring. They love to use pits for that, because they are such vicious and violently-mauling dogs.
If I had it my way, pitt bulls probably would not exist. But I know that will never happen.
