    @piggo Of course they are. Well, probably not actual ChatGPT but some lesser rubbish that suffices to fob customers off with some half baked bullshit answers while pretending to "care" about them.

    Real support is expensive and not worth it. Most customers keep paying anyways and losing a few is cheaper than having real support.
