    @icedquinn @m Intermittent fasting works. Also only use small plates/bowls (really small) and teaspoons etc to eat with. Tricks your brain when eating little takes as much effort as eating a lot, so you should feel more content afterwards. (And of course cut sugar, but you already have that under control).
