@pettanko they're only really useful if you don't get adequate growth normally and as wpath hondosing is giving way to sound hrt methodology actually developed in this century that basically doesn't happen anymore. srs is also on a relative decline but for different reasons (gatekeepers are less obsessed with it so the only ppl who get it now are those who are actually severely dysphoric in that regard)
