    No, I am not abandoning Masto by any means, since this will be my main home for microblogging (especially if the Masto host grows a pair and upgrades the UX with larger toots and better editing tools.

    But, it's good to have a backup that's not a poophole of fascists, bigots, and crypto scammers.
