He also offers that while he accepts and regrets his actions, it is relevant to consider that any purported architects of the January 6 riots have not been charged with any criminal offense and that it would be an imbalance to sentence him to an extended prison term while those actors remain free.
Palmer Sentencing 
But the court also explained why it did not accept that argument.
