IANAL, so with a grain of salt:
I don’t think you can use a license to revoke rights, only to grant additional rights not granted by default. Licensing only works if you’re giving permission for something that normally wouldn’t be allowed at all. This is why the GPL and Creative Commons licenses work: they allow things copyright prohibits.
If courts were to find that copyright law allows AI training, you can’t claw that back with a license.
